I have now scanned and posted all of John Fleming's book 'Fallen Angels And The Heroes Of Mythology'. This was scanned and edited from the original held in the New College Library at Edinburgh University.
These files are now available as Adobe Acrobat pdf files .
Fleming refers to S.R. Maitland's essay 'Fallen Angels' in Maitland's Eruvin. This is now available here as Eruvin.pdf.
Fleming also mentions G.S. Faber's, 'Origin Of Pagan Idolatry'. Volume 1, presented here in a large pdf file (2.1mb) was scanned by D. Buckley who is also looking for vols 2 and 3.
